BODYPUMP™ the original Les Mills™ barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Discover how powerful you will feel with the friendly support of our encouraging community today!

BODYFLOW™ is an athletic yoga, tai chi, & pilates inspired workout that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centered & calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that helps to bring the body into a state of harmony and balance.
*Suitable for pregnant women. 60-Minutes
CXWORX™ is a short, sharp workout that really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your abs & butt, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. This class can help develop your core strength and provide a foundation for an overall increase in fitness.
*All levels and ages encouraged. 30-45-Minutes
RPM™ is a Les Mills™ indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. If you are interested in learning or perfecting your outdoor riding experience, this is the class for you.
*All levels and ages encouraged. 55-Minutes
H.I.I.T. is an acronym for high intensity interval training, which utilizes an (8) round approach to total body fitness. (20) seconds of work, (10) seconds of rest with frequent change to keep your body focused on the work. This class is both a toning & cardio workout, with the instructor providing intensity options & modifications to help you achieve optimal results.
*Great way to begin your fitness journey. 45-Minutes
SPIN is a cardiovascular spinning/cycling class that will build up your leg muscles, while taking you and your energy level through the roof. Less intense than RPM™, while still leaving you dripping sweat and energized. Great for outdoor cycling enthusiasts on a rainy/windy day and suitable for those new to the cycling community.
*All levels and ages encouraged. 55-Minutes
ANU YOGA is the physical practice of Hatha Yoga. We learn about ourselves via the tool of Hatha Yoga by cultivating non-judgemental awareness of how we move from posture to posture and how we move into stillness breath by breath. You’ll find a place to unwind and strengthen your body mind and spirit. Vinyasana (Hatha Flow), Yin Yoga, Restorative, and Meditation.

Anu Neuro-movement Awareness Through Movement (ATM) These classes are based on the Feldenkrais Method and the Anat Baniel Method. In these classes Shannon will take you through a series of gentle movement sequences that create immediate imporvements in personal awareness, posture, balance and flexibility. The movements enable you to understand and modify your habitual movement patterns, which may have developed in response to injury or restricted posture. A non-judgmental atmosphere allows people of all ages and abilities to learn at their own pace.
